Clinical Observation on Clomiphen Therapy in Infertile Women

Authors observed forty patients with clomiphene therapy in infertile women during the periods June 1979 through April 1980 in Gynecology, Seoul Eulgi General Hospital, Seoul A clinical analysis were performed and result were as follows; 1. At the infertility age distribution show that the peak incidence was in the 31-35 year. old group (40%) 2. The age distribution of infetility was seen that the peak incidence was in the 15 yrs. old group (32.5%) 3. The most common duration of infertility was under 2 yrs(35%) 4. In the menstrual history of the infertility women irregular mens interval were peak incidence as 18 cases of the 40 (45%) 5. In the 40 cases of infertility 2 cases were primary infertility and the remaning infertility and the remaning 29 cases were secondary infertility of the secondary infertility , there were abortional history in 20 cases term deliveries in 9 cases. 6. The successful ovulatory induction occured in the 33 cases of 40 infertility women after clomiphene therapy on the ovulatory induction were 2nd. and 33rd. cycle(82.5%). 7. The 21 cases of 40 infertile women became pregnant (52.5%)
